RWA provided the full spectrum of professional planning services associated with a substantial amendment to the Parklands Development of Regional Impact/Planned Urban Development (DRI/PUD) in Collier County. Because this property is located near the Collier County/Lee County line, it was essential that RWA Planners have knowledge of Lee County and City of Bonita Springs procedures.
Many of the issues, including transportation, wetland and wildlife protection, workforce-housing, etc., took on a regional focus given the nature of the DRI and climate within applicable local, state and federal agencies.
