RWA provided planning services for the rezoning of agricultural land to Community Facilities Planned Development for a two million gallon potable water storage tank, control building, and City of Bonita Springs park on the adjacent property. RWA also provided engineering, and surveying services for the design of the stormwater management system, paving, and grading on the water storage tank site as well as 800 feet of 12” water main replacement serving the water storage tank. RWA was responsible for coordination with the environmental consultant, landscape architect, and the City of Bonita Springs for the master planning of a passive park adjacent to the potable water storage tank site.
