RWA provided professional Planning and Civil Engineering services associated with the site development plan amendment application for the future Collier Area Transit (CAT) Operations and Administration Center Site located on the 10.28-acre Gallman Olds PUD. Collier County Government intends to make minor improvements to the site and to the existing structures, so that the site may house the Collier Area Transit operations and administrative functions. The scope of services provided includes general consultation, design phase survey, Collier County SDPA Application preparation and support, and ERP Modification Application preparation and support through the SFWMD. Through a subsequent contract, RWA Planning staff have begun to process a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a passenger transfer use at the site.
