Project Location: Collier County, FL
This project involved regulatory planning, civil engineering, and land surveying for a high rise condominium project located on 10 acres in Collier County within the limits of the Coconilla PUD. RWA provided the civil engineering and land surveying services associated with the redesign of the northern parking boat launch area of the Cocohatchee River Park on approximately 1.70 acres. The Cocohatchee River Park consisted of a 56-vehicle and boat trailer, as well as 27 regular parking spaces and two drive aisles. The development plan includes two, ten-story condominium towers with 80 units over a level of parking, a 29-slip marina for large vessels, a ships store, gatehouse and site renovations for the adjacent Wiggins Pass park owned and operated by Collier County. Services provided include PUD entitlements, site planning, boundary survey, easement vacation, site development plan design, construction plans, site development permitting, water management design, ERP permitting, easement descriptions, record drawing survey, and construction phase services. The site will be developed in two phases, so that attention to detail and working through construction sequencing phasing plans allow for the installation of site infrastructure to support the first high rise condominium and other related building improvements in the first phase.
