RWA provided civil engineering and land surveying services associated with the development of a senior citizen housing apartment community on 5.9 acres in Fort Myers, Florida. This project consists of 112 units constructed in a single construction phase, including 3, three-story apartment buildings, associated common landscaped areas, and parking facilities. The scope of services provided by RWA included site planning, boundary and pre-design survey, sketch and descriptions, civil engineering design, construction plans and technical specifications, water management design and ERP application, local development permit applications and support, bidding phase services, civil engineering services during construction, and final ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey.
