This project involved the redevelopment of an existing restaurant into a 3-story condominium with a spa and ballroom.The project scope included site master planning; design of potable water, sanitary sewer, drainage and water management systems with related infrastructure; ERP, coastal construction, and local development permit applications and support; construction document preparation, and construction administration services. The project also included extensive renovations to the Golf and Beach Resort.The scope of this project included rezoning, site master planning, permitting, transportation consulting, and the redesign of water management, utilities, parking and related civil infrastructure. The project encompassed the redesign and widening improvements of turn-lanes and drainage, as well as revised pedestrian and vehicular access points along the South Collier Boulevard right-of-way.
