RWA’s Surveying and Mapping Department was contracted by First Florida Building Corporation to provide surveying services for this low-income apartment complex located in Collier County, Florida.
This project was constructed in two phases. The first phase consisted of the construction of 6 three-story buildings, clubhouse, amenity areas, site infrastructure, roadways, and parking areas. The second phase consisted of the construction of 12 three-story buildings, clubhouse, amenity areas, site infrastructure, roadways and parking areas. In addition to the construction staking aspects, RWA also provided over 20 necessary legal descriptions and sketches, and prepared boundary surveys of the property through-out the construction phases as required by the client’s lending institutions. Phase I was completed in 2003, and Phase II was completed in 2006.
