Project Location: Naples, FL
Naples Caribbean Gardens Zoo is a 52-acre tropical park and nationally accredited zoo that features a variety of animal and nature exhibits, as well as presentations and expedition cruises. In 1919, the park originated as a botanical jungle.
For this project, RWA prepared the ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey of the overall site, as well as specific parcels. In addition, RWA was responsible for the preparation of a topographic survey of the site and located an estimated 3,000 LF of SFWMD/ACOE jurisdictional wetland line ribbon in addition to locating hydrological seasonal water indicators and gopher tortoise burrows within the project limits.
