Developed by The Bonita Bay Group, Mediterra is a 1,697-acre, gated, master-planned community straddling the northern Collier County/southern Lee County line to occupy both the municipalities of Naples and Bonita Springs. With less than 950 residences, the community offers the intimacy, charm and classical style of the Mediterranean region of Europe.
RWA supported the master plan for Mediterra by providing the required planning, transportation consulting, civil engineering, and land surveying services to transform the parcel of land into the exclusive residential neighborhood it is today.
Mediterra boasts two Tom Fazio-designed 18-hole championship golf courses and The Village, an amenity location featuring a 25,000-square-foot clubhouse, swim and tennis fitness complex, and an enrichment center. There are 986 acres of open space and miles of bike and hiking paths. Residents also enjoy the privacy of their own beach at the Mediterra Beach Club located on the shore overlooking the azure blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
