RWA has worked with the Hideout Golf Club Ltd. during and after the 1998 development phase of the 220-acre master-planned golf course community. To ready the property for development, RWA applied its expertise in planning, civil engineering, and land surveying. RWA Surveyors conducted a design survey and prepared the legal sketch and descriptions to use in site plan preparation in order to obtain the necessary regulatory permitting.
Design and permitting for drainage, stormwater, watermain, and forcemain required the specialized skills of the RWA Engineering team. Plans were drawn for the layout and coordination of communications, utilities, telephone, and electrical services, as well as for roadway, signing and marking, construction documents, and irrigation and lighting.
