RWA provided the professional consulting and design services for the development of an 18-acre commercial center hub of a 34-acre, 270,000 square foot mixed-use commercial site. The hub comprises one primary building, eight one-acre parcels and eight acres of water management and conservation area. RWA also provided its expertise in the development and associated on-site parking and infrastructure for 52,000 square feet of general retail space in three buildings situated on nine acres.
