Regency Realty Corporation turned to RWA for its land development and infrastructure expertise to ready a 22-acre parcel for the development of a commercial shopping center on the corner of CR951 and Immokalee Road in Collier County. Services required to complete land development and related infrastructure improvements included planning, comprehensive civil engineering, transportation consulting, and land surveying.
When the land was approved for development, Welsh Companies contracted the services of RWA to ready an approximately one-acre outparcel to build a single structure drive-thru banking facility. Project work for the proposed Colonial Bank included a spot survey and FEMA, permit application and support, drainage design, construction document production, and construction field support.
