Project Location: Naples, FL
This project involved the development of a 98.4-acre, 231-unit residential community and clubhouse facility located in Naples, Florida. RWA was responsible for the site planning, zoning modifications, engineering design, construction document preparation, permitting and environmental coordination with South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), project management, and construction administration services. RWA maintains a multi-project relationship with this client because of the timely and consistent production of a quality work product provided by the firm. The planning services included due diligence, site planning, preliminary sub-division plat, zoning and permitting application, support and acquisition; PUD zoning amendment application and support, miscellaneous rezoning support, and environmental permitting. The surveying services included, topographic surveys, plat preparation, boundary surveys, jurisdictional wetland location, constructions stakeout, and record drawing preparation.
