An extravagantly landscaped gatehouse entrance welcomes you to Waterways of Naples, a gated, lakefront community of distinctive single-family homes. There are 150 acres of stocked freshwater lakes with almost two miles of shoreline for sailing, canoeing, kayaking and paddleboats. A 3,000 square foot community center/clubhouse features swimming pools, two lighted tennis courts, and a regulation-sized basketball court. The 332-acre neighborhood offers miles of sidewalk to accommodate bicycling, skating or walking.
Waterways Joint Venture IV contracted with RWA to provide professional civil engineering and land surveying services for development of a residential project encompassing 195 acres for construction of 252 single-family homes. Services included roadway improvements and the engineering design of drainage facilities including water mains, force mains, and pump stations. RWA Surveyors provided boundary and topographic surveys; platting; coordination of communication, telephone, and electrical utility systems; preparation of construction documents; construction observation and administration; and infrastructure stake out and full homebuilding-related surveying services.
