The culture at RWA is energetic and enriching! We offer activities and events throughout the year that foster a sense of team and community. These events range from monthly employee luncheons to afternoon picnics. In February, RWA celebrated its ten-year anniversary with a week of festivities including luncheons, happy hours, games, and employee prizes. The majority of our employees live in or around Collier and Lee Counties, and consider themselves not only colleagues, but also are great friends in and outside of the office.
