Mr. John S. Williams is a Principal of the firm and Director of the Fort Myers office. With more than 20 years of engineering design experience, Mr. Williams has successfully directed multiple large and small-scale industrial, commercial, residential land development, and public works projects throughout Southwest Florida. His expertise in coordinating, planning, and production scheduling allow for consistent compliance with project schedules. Throughout his career, Mr. Williams has had experience in dealing with all facets of the engineering profession. He is an exceptionally skilled computer professional and possesses exceptional knowledge and expertise in the planning and engineering functions necessary for the coordination of design and permitting processes. With his dedication to professionalism and his ability to coordinate the planning and organizational needs of RWA and their clients, Mr. Williams has been key in the successful and timely completion of several major land development and public works projects.
Mr. Williams has served as the Project Manager and Senior Designer for a wide range of projects such as Pelican Preserve (Sun City), Mariners Landing (City of Fort Myers), Vasari Country Club and VillageWalk of Bonita Springs (City of Bonita Springs), U.S. 41 Force Main Extension, Coconut Master Lift Station (Bonita Springs Utilities Inc.), White Lake Corporate Park, Berkshire Commons and Orchid Cove (Collier County).
